Registration of new production-line machine rose 8% annually in a initial 5 months of a year, a Industrial Works Department reported on Thursday.

Registrations increasing to 508 owners with 3,353 machines value 34 billion baht.

Pasu Loharjun, director-general of a department, pronounced a tip 5 industries in that new machines were purebred lonesome steel products, cosmetic products, printing, non-metal products and a businesses of polishing, harsh and milling.

The economy was looking brighter as operators were investing in business expansion, he said.

From Jan to May 2015, 470 operators had sought registration for 2,085 machines. Mr Pasu hoped that via this year about 1,300 owners will register machines value 80 billion baht.

Last year 1,150 operators sought registration for 5,936 machines value 42 billion baht. Figures in 2014 were aloft with 1,449 operators seeking registration of 6,750 new machines value 96 billion baht.

Mr Pasu also pronounced that his dialect would spend 45 million baht on ancillary tiny and medium-sized enterprises in a subsequent 3 years.

Funds will be lent to tiny and medium-sized enterprises that can use their machine as collateral. It will also support a plan for SMEs to acquire new machines with some-more efficiency, he said.
